With a combined ten years of direct event management and planning experience in Alabama and beyond, their friendship brings warmth, collaboration, and expertise to every detail. This foundation shapes a venue designed with thoughtfulness, balance, and genuine hospitality at its core.

  • We can host up to 175 guests.

  • There are 70 on site parking spaces available.

  • Events must end by 11pm, including cleanup and guest departure.

  • We offer 72 inch round tables and 8 foot rectangular tables, each comfortably seating up to 10 guests.

  • Alcohol may be provided by the client but must be served by a bartender from our preferred vendor list. No exceptions apply.

  • Yes, we can provide both officiant and notary services.

  • Yes, we offer a 20% discount to verified 501(c)(3) organizations.

  • Yes, we provide a preferred vendor list for use of the space and encourage clients to work with vendors familiar with Serendipity Hill.

    Vendors not included on our preferred list must be fully licensed and insured and are required to provide a certificate of insurance prior to the event date.

  • The deposit is non-refundable. Full terms and conditions will be detailed in the contract.

  • Yes, our venue is ADA accessible and thoughtfully equipped with an adult-sized changing table and ample space to ensure comfort and ease of use.

  • Yes, early access and extended hours are available upon request.
