We host thoughtfully designed celebrations for up to 175 guests, offering a versatile setting with curated amenities and flexible options. Events may be booked through our general event rental rate or through all-inclusive packages designed for weddings, micro-weddings, and corporate gatherings. General rentals include tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, with optional upgrades available to personalize your experience. Pricing is structured in defined time blocks and varies by day of the week. Event dates are secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit of the base rental fee.

Serendipity Hill offers 6,500 square feet of total space, including 2,200 square feet of open event space designed with intention and flexibility in mind. The venue features ample restrooms, including a modern, full service ADA accessible restroom, a prep kitchen, and two comfortable getting ready areas. With over 70 on site parking spaces, the property easily accommodates guests and vendors alike. Tables and chairs are included with each rental, with curated upgrade options available. The space comfortably seats up to 150 guests with room for a dance floor, supports an overall capacity of 175 people, and offers linens, chargers, draping, and an additional mobile bar available for rent.

There are 70 on site parking spaces available.

Events must end by 11pm, including cleanup and guest departure.

We offer 72 inch round tables and 8 foot rectangular tables, each comfortably seating up to 10 guests.

Alcohol may be provided by the client but must be served by a bartender from our preferred vendor list. No exceptions apply.

Yes, we can provide both officiant and notary services.

Yes, we offer a 20% discount to verified 501(c)(3) organizations.

Yes, we provide a preferred vendor list for use of the space and encourage clients to work with vendors familiar with Serendipity Hill.
Vendors not included on our preferred list must be fully licensed and insured and are required to provide a certificate of insurance prior to the event date.

Yes, our venue is ADA accessible and thoughtfully equipped with an adult-sized changing table and ample space to ensure comfort and ease of use.
